We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return. Returnslabels can be bought from our website.
We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) reach our warehouse. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable. If your custom-made items are defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service.
How to return:
• Please attach a copy of your order within the parcel.
• To ensure the parcel safely reaches us, we recommend that you use our postage labels, send the return through your preferred return options below and, if offered, ask for a proof of postage. Please remember responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us.
• You can expect to receive a refund within two weeks of sending it back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
